Holiday Bliss - Paloma Cocktail

The Paloma Coctail is the perfect cocktail and our pick for 2024's favourite Summertime beverage.

 INGREDIENTS

• 60ml Blanco Tequila
• 60ml freshly squeezed ruby red grapefruit juice
• 15ml freshly squeezed lime juice
• 10ml agave syrup
• Soda Water
• Sugar, sea salt + chili flakes

METHOD

Rim cocktail glasses with fresh wedge of grapefruit and dip into a shallow dish of sugar, salt + chilli flakes. 

Build tequila, grapefruit juice, lime juice and agave syrup in the glass and top with 60ml soda water and ice.  Garnish with an extra wedge of grapefruit.
